Removal of Online and Mobile App Access
The Google Play Store and Apple App Store have implemented a requirement for Stockman Bank to provide our customers with the ability to request removal of their app accounts and any associated data. This requirement is the latest of many recent compliance updates from Google and Apple related to user privacy and data safety.
How to remove:
If you would like to request removal of your app accounts and related data, simply contact your local Stockman Bank or call us at 1‐877‐300-9369.
Upon execution of this request, Stockman Bank will delete all associated data held in our digital and internet banking system including recurring scheduled transfers, recurring bill payments, and Zelle®. This data will no longer be accessible or available to any party from any of your devices (mobile phone, desktop, laptop, or tablet.) Your deposit account(s) and loan obligation(s) will remain active, and your account transaction history will remain in our system as long as your accounts are open. All Internet and Mobile Banking data will be deleted including the ability to download electronic copies of past account statements and bill payment history.
