Stockman Rewards Program

Stockman Rewards enables you to earn points when you make purchases using a Stockman Bank Rewards credit card. These points can then be redeemed for cash back, gift cards, merchandise, or travel rewards. Points will begin to accrue upon your first purchases. In order to redeem rewards, you will need to register your account. Membership in Stockman Rewards is absolutely free for Stockman Bank cardholders!

Stockman Rewards FAQs

Stockman Rewards is a rewards program enabling you to earn points when you make purchases using your Stockman Bank Rewards credit card. These points can then be redeemed for cash back, gift cards, merchandise, and travel.

You earn points by making qualifying purchases using your Stockman Bank credit card. You can earn even more points when you shop at participating retailers. You can find these retailers by logging into the Stockman Rewards site. For online purchases, be sure to click the "Shop Now" button corresponding with a particular offer. You will be redirected to the retailer’s site and can proceed to shop as usual.

You earn points everywhere in the United States your card is accepted.

It can take up to 60 days for your points to be credited to your account. To redeem your points, you may need to accumulate a minimum points threshold. Login to Stockman Rewards and check the homepage dashboard to see if you're eligible for redemption.

You can redeem your points online for cash back, event tickets, electronics, gift cards, hotel rooms, rental cars, airline tickets, and so much more. Login to Stockman Rewards and browse the Redeem Points tab to see all the options available to you.

No, you cannot change the shipping address for a redemption from the address on file. This is to protect you against fraudulent use of your points. If you would like to change your address, you will need to contact your local Stockman Bank to adjust.

Some redemption items can be returned, and some cannot. To understand the various redemption policies and processes, login to Stockman Rewards and review the program Terms and Conditions.

Cash back redemptions are deposited in the account associated with the card with which you have logged into Stockman Rewards.

Yes. All cards associated with an account will automatically earn points together. In addition, if you have multiple accounts with Stockman Bank, you can link them together from the My Account page after logging into the Stockman Rewards site.

Login to Stockman Rewards and click on My Rewards to view all the points you've recently earned and redeemed.

It can take up to 60 days from transaction date (or 60 days after travel completion) for transactions to appear on the My Rewards tab after logging into Stockman Rewards. If points from a qualified transaction do not appear after 60 days, visit the Contact Us page to contact a customer service representative.

If a merchant-funded offer is activated for one card on your account, it is activated for all cards on your account.

If your card is lost or stolen and a replacement is issued, points will be accessible by the new card, as long as it is on the same account. Once you receive your new card, you will not need to re-register on the Stockman Rewards website. Simply log in as you do today and you will see the new card and current points balance.

Every effort is made to authenticate Stockman Rewards participants. However, if you believe that you may have been the victim of fraud, please contact Customer Service immediately.

If you have previously created a Username and Password and have forgotten one or the other:
Go to www.stockmanrewards.com.
Click on “Forgot Username” and you will get an email with the username you set up.
Click on “Forgot password” and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you see fraudulent redemptions on your account, please contact Customer Service immediately.
