Autobooks makes it easier than ever for you to get paid and manage your finances – all right inside your Stockman Bank account!

Autobooks is an optional feature you can find under the Invoicing and Payments menu within online banking. If you choose to sign up, you’ll complete a short questionnaire to begin setup and qualify for payment acceptance.

There is no fee for most functions, like creating and sending invoices or accepting payments, but there are per-transaction processing fees assessed on accepted payments.

• Credit/debit card payments: 3.49% of the payment received
• Bank transfer/ACH payments: 1.00% of the payment received

Autobooks also offers additional services for a monthly subscription. These services are focused on accounting and reporting, and you are not required to activate these paid services to use the free features.
